DPDPA Section 8(4) requires Data Fiduciaries to be able to demonstrate compliance, and a Trust Center is the accountability artefact enterprise customers and auditors increasingly expect before they will sign a contract.
No. Every section - score, breach history, sub-processors, DPO contact, retention summary, certifications, FAQ, changelog, controls grid, and inquiry form - is an independent toggle. You can publish a Trust Center that only shows your certifications and DPO contact, or show everything. Nothing is shown unless you turn it on.
Yes. Compliance score, breach count, and the controls grid all read live from your account - there is nothing to manually refresh. Certifications, sub-processors, FAQ entries, and changelog posts are entered once in Settings and stay live until you change them.
On Enterprise plans, yes - map your Trust Center to a custom domain such as trust.yourcompany.com instead of the default /trust/[your-slug] URL. All other plans use the default DPDPA Shield subdomain path.
